Louisiana Bayous and Swamps
#1
Does anyone ride in southern Louisiana? It's one of the muddiest places on earth, I know some of you guys must be down there riding those bad azz swamp thing quads. Let me know who you are maybe we could get a ride together. Let me know if you have any really good places to ride!

I have been living in baton rouge for 2 1/2
years now attending LSU but do all my riding back home in Ruston, La. I would love to get a chance to ride down here but I know noone down here w/ a quad. Haven't ridden in awhile, quad kinda needs a couple of cv's, front axle, and probably some other stuff. Let me know of any swamp ride and I'll try to piece my atv together for it.

A couple of friends and myself are trying to get everything together for the Karnack ride at the end of Feb.. If yall are interested, we are in the Lafayette area. We'll probably try to get out of here early Sunday morning and go up and ride the better part of the day.

I am definitely interested in going to Karnack. I am putting every cent (college student)into fixing my fourwheeler. I'll
try to stay in touch through this forum
and yall may e-mail me anytime. Any info
about the ride is appreciated.

Where's Karnack? I live just outside of Baton Rouge and may be interested in hooking up with y'all. Also, I need to know what kind of riding it is so I'll know which bike to bring, TRX250R or Foreman 450S. Do any of y'all ride at LA Dunes or Camp Claiborne. I try to go to LA Dunes once a month or so but haven't been since Halloween.

I'll keep in touch with every one.
Matt- I really like my lift kit. It helped a great deal in the front, it also helped to lighten the steering of the locker by decreasing (narrowing) the width of the front tires.
Justin- I understand the fact that a college student has a LIMITED account. I've been there and done that. I'm thinking about going back and doing it again.
Jeff- Get the 450 ready. From what I understand, this is primarily a mud ride. I think that "quadman", Adam Dowden, has some pic's on his site from Karnack a couple of years ago. Also, Karnack is near Marshall, Tx in the area of Caddo Lake.
