I got this e-mail the other day from NYTRO(New York State Trail Riders Association)

The First Ever - Be a Part of It!

Non-stop ATV action! Experience the Pits of Hell - mud play area, an ATV Rodeo, two Poker Runs, 20 miles of trail riding, live bands, big prizes, food, and MORE!



Poker Runs
Two Poker Runs, one on Friday and one on Saturday for a chance to win money and prizes. $500 per winning hand, with cool prizes for second and third hands, each day. (Trail use dependant upon weather conditions)

ATV Rodeo Games and Activities
Join the Rodeo on Friday and Saturday! Barrel Race, Sport Course for 2wd, log course awesome obstacle course, grass drags, mud drags, teeter totter, tug-o-war (and team tugs - two against two, strapped together), trials course. The ATV Rodeo will run two classes – 12 and under, 13 and older in both 2wd and 4wd categories. Prizes and awards will go to first, second and third places for all classes.

Pits of Hell – Mud Play Area
The ‘Pits of Hell’ will be long series of specially designed holes, hills, ruts, etc. built to challenge even the craziest riders. You may just wanna stay away from this sucker. It’s nasty, it’s gooey and it’s pretty darn deep in places. Open Thursday, Friday and Saturday until 10:00 p.m.!

Entertainment
Want to relax? Then kick back and listen to some great live music. Two bands will play on Friday and four will play on Saturday.

Cost
$58 per adult; $38 per 12 and under – Includes all event activities, trail riding, four all-you-can-eat meals, one raffle ticket, event insurance and land use fees. (After 6/30/02, costs are $68 per adult and $48 per child, so don’t wait, register early.) Strictly limited to 1,000 ATV participants. There will not be 1,001. We’re serious!
