So whos going to the fall ATVAM Convention at Red Top on September 13-15?

 

I doubt if I will go up for the convention this fall. I had a free afternoon last Saturday. A friend and I went up and rode at RedTop. Has anyone else been there since the so called repairs? I havent been there in over a year so it was a surprise to me. What a let down it was. Almost every part of the trail system that was low or had even a puddle on it has been filled in with gravel. The deepest part of the once famous "sinkhole" is now not even deep enough to touch my footpegs. The trails were "repaired" by burying cinder blocks on the hills and there are solid bottoms installed in any soft spots. There literally is not a challenge left there. The trails resembled roads about to be paved. It's certainly not what I would call a trail ride!
Sorry to be so negative, but I hope this is not the future of the sport!

 

I couldnt agree more. Red Top is a dissapointment, now. There used to be so many fun things to play on. I have been there twice this year. And yes that is the future of ATVing in Minnesota.
