Not a problem.
If and when you decide to make the trip to Quebec drop me a line and maybe I can hook up with you.
By the way you say upstate, I am 3 hours further north

Ok so you are up almost by Plattsburgh????? We are headin to the LK George Winter Carnival Later today. I was going to take the 4 wheelers and all but my truck is acting up and I don't want to break down with a 22 ft enclosed trailer as well. The truck goes into the shop on thursday and we will be there in full force the following sunday with a bunch of club members if you go to www.lakegeorgewintercarnival.com they have the events posted . Hi atvpilot,
Another 25 miles further north, town of Mooers Forks, right on the Canadian border. I'll check it out but it sure has to warm up for me to head outside. It gets below 15 degrees and I go into hibernation.

Krabid,
We were out on the lake today and it was nasty cold. I was covered from head to toe and all you could see if you were lucky were my eyes. I have a coldwave avalanche suit with matching gloves, LaCrosse iceman boots good for about 30 below, heavy thermal socks with silk liners, a belacava i wear under my helmet, and a polar fleece headsock.I was warm as toast. The only problem was if I fell over I might not have gotten back up hahahaha. We are going up again next week for the atv and car races and this time we are taking the 4 wheelers even if I have to rent a uhaul truck.

Hi atvpilot,
I only went out doors yesterday to get the news paper. The rest of the day was R&R in front of the tube. Too cold for me to do anythjing else. I also have the cold weather gear, just don't like to have to put it all on. Then like you said once you are all bundled up you can't move. As long as it stays above 10 degrees without the wind I don't mind it.
I believe next Sat. we are going to Quebec for a Flambeau. From what I understand is a night ATV ride of some sort. Not sure of all the details yet, but as long as it involves ATV riding I'm interested.
