We made it for a ride out of Bunco to Lakeview and some surrounding trails. Perfect weather to be out riding, no dust, temperature just right, and once again, great company. Check out the pictures HERE

 

LAST WEEKEND MY BUDDY AND I WENT TO KELLOG WE TRIED TO GET TO ELSIE LAKE VIA THE HIGH ROAD THINKING THERE WOULDN'T BE MUCH SNOW LEFT ...WE FELL SHORT BY ABOUT 2 MILES WE TURNED A CORNER AND 1-1/2 FEET OF SNOW LAY AS FAR AS WE COULD SEE. WE HAD A GREAT RIDE CLEARED A FEW LOGS ON THE LOST LAKE TRAIL. WE RODE FOR ABOUT 6 HRS AND WERE HOME BY 3:00 IN THE AFTERNOON !

We are heading down to clearwater down by headquarters. My parents are driving up from mtn home so we are meeting them in orifino on friday then setting up camp at Oxford meadows. Should be a great weekend of riding. My dad borrowed a Honda from his buddy and the rest of us will be on Polaris' including our daughter who will be ridingher own 50 this weekend!!!

Hey guys I have a question. I am wondering if anyone knows where to ride up by Chewelah, I know the Colville national forest is up there but was trying to get a good place to ride I would like to do some camping out that way and would like to be able to take the quads and go out and ride for a bit. I looked on the Colville forest website and could not find anything.

 

Hey SoXx, iffin’ you go back to the previous page and read my May 10th post you’ll see my suggestion about a cool spot NE of Chewelah. You may have trouble finding a spot there this weekend though, but it’s gonna be like that wherever you go.
Personally, we’re headed down to Glenn’s Ferry, Idaho for some desert riding this weekend. Hope it ain’t too hot and dry down there, I’m sure gonna miss the trees and mountains while I’m away!
Oh and Ragged, we don't belong to any club, just friends and friends of friends and friends of friends friends etc. etc.....

 

Wiz- My parents live in mtn home and they said it was 85 there today. This weekend its suppose to be in the mid 80's but that desert heat is a bear. Lived there for 20 years [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img] But hope you have a great time. The river is pretty around there, though.

We've got one of them cabins at Three Island State Park reserved, last March when we made reservations I kinda got a kick out of reading about it being air conditioned, now I'm gonna enjoy it I think. The extended forcast I saw was saying 91 degrees on Friday. Boy I'm gonna miss the trees and mountains!!!

 

My wife and I got back a few hours ago from our cabin east of Clark Fork. We did some work around the property even with all the damn bugs that show up around noon. Mornings were picture perfect! Got some riding in and filled my bear tag. Even found a little snow up high. We had some great views of the Clark Fork valley. We might go back next Sunday or Monday for a few days. Bad thing up there is the warmer it gets the worse the damn bugs are.

 

Well we just got back of a weekend of riding outside of pierce. we camped just shy of oxford meadows. My parents were able to come up and join us. So we had 6 machines including our daughters. She did awesome she rode 17 miles on friday then 10 on saturday and 22 on sunday. The rest of us did about 200 total for the weekend. And we barely touched any of the trails. It was soooooooooooooo much fun and the weather was PERFECT. We are talkinga bout making this an annual trip.
