I think anything goes....24/7. I know he allows camping there. I would just try not to ride right by the house at 0-too-early in the morning if your quad is loud. I've been out there riding at 7:00am before with no prob....

I've been out there at 8:00am and we were the first ones out there.
He was sitting in his car (like Bartlett said, we thought he was dead too) just eating his sunflower seeds and collecting his $$.
It's a pretty fun pit, and there's alot to do.
