Default Rhino won't start no power through the relay

I've been beating myself and knuckles on this one. Rhino 660 turn the key to on and here relay click turn to start and nothing happens at all. I have brake lights and neutral light. I can jump the terminals of the relay with a screwdriver and start it but that gets old real quick. Any help of direction appreciated.

I have checked obvious connections and the battery is new. Using a text light when I switch the key from on to start the blue wire at the relay goes from hot to indication of ground. I don't know if this is right or wrong.
