I'm currently having my 727 built and I'd like some opinions on paddle tire selection. The basics of the motor are: 11.5:1 compression, oversize valves, full porting, Hot Cam (Stage II), and stock carbs. I'm also using an "02" transmission and a +4.5" swingarm. Any experiences or opinions?

You are using stock carbs, you should get some good aftermarket carbs to compliment that package man, it will really make you scream!!

The carb's will come after my wallet recovers. Unless anyone knows of a 4 barrel intake for a Raptor. I've got a 850 Barry Grant Demon laying around.

actually you want an 8 inch wheel if your drag racing, 8 inch wheels are lighter then 10 inch wheels. Less rotating mass is essentially what you are looking for. I believe the ratio is every pound of rotating mass is equivilant to 8 pounds of stationary weight.
Now, who says 10 inch wheels are cosmetically more asthetic? Your crazy, if your in this to race the smaller 8 inch wheels are more agressive and sportier (is that a word). Its like cruising down main street in a lambo with 24's. Get that small wheel under that animal!
One of the benefits between 20's and 22's is the tire is taller which will give you a more agressive gear combo

I've actually heard it's the other way around. A 10" wheel/tire combo is lighter than a 8" wheel/tire combo due to the fact that the added rubber in an 8" combo weighs more than the added aluminum in a 10" combo.

I have a stock bore raptor with 20x10x10, my bike has a full Yoshi exhaust filter and jet kit, I am dragging the swing arm a lot in the sand, do you guys think that 22 inch tires would help, if so what size I mostly drag and hill climb. Thanks for your opinions!
