the strongest grab bar ever!!!!!
#3
Put something too strong on it and look forward to a bent subframe.
Had a friend who recently rolled a KFX700 down a hill sideways end-over-end. Looked like crap when he was done especially since the beads broke loose on the front wheels. Damage ended up being new handlebars and new brackets for holding the plastic in several places. All told, he spent $40 on the brackets and was planning to get new bars anyhow.
Same goes for getting tie-rods too strong. Often, it is your wrists that end up being the weakest link.

the dg alloy grab bar is real strong.....i have it on my blaster and i was going down the road and shifted into 5th gear on a wheelie and tipped it back and all it did was grind it down almost a half inch

Who needs a really strong grab bar? Any aluminum alloy grab bar or even the mild steel stocker is more than adequate for normal use. Want to use it as a wheelie bar? Any grab bar on the market isnt equiped for that use. I agree with previous thread that you push the weak link to the frame if you use some cobbed together monster grab bar.
