Removing clutch cover on raptor

Default Removing clutch cover on raptor

How the heck do you get the cltch cover off without moving the whole motor??

I raised the front of the engine but when I was at Aledo those guys said it could be done without doing it, I think you need to pull the front out and wigle the back part out after that. Good luck.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

it pretty easy but it take a little more time and patient. You would have to get the cover off in angle. by having the front part in angle. did you took off the brake lever and foot peg off? That would help you a little bit more. Hopefully this will help you.....

Desracers and sixsixt pretty much said it all. Make sure you have some beer on hand cause it gets pretty frustrating.

And don't forget when you go to put it back be sure to put that back bottom bolt in the hole when you start because once you spend 10min wiggling that SOB in there only to find out you cant get the bolt in you are going to have to go to the store for more beer. LOL
