RUSH is quite possibly the greatest band that ever was. Neil Peart is the most amazing drummer in the world. YYZ is my fav. i also especially like xanadu. All their songs kick ***. everyone thinks i am wierd because i like them. im 16 and most of my friends like rap and alternative rock. Alternative rock SUCKS. it all sounds exactly the same.

I like matal too. everyone download Children of bodom. their best song is Children of decandance. does anyone listen to trans siberian orchestra? they are cool. Steel rain is an awesome local band. www.steelrainmetal.com download some of that if you like thrash metal like megadeath or anihilator.

ok cox1231. RUSH is awesome i forgot to put them in mine. my dad seen them like 6 times and ive just grown to like them. i agree alternative rock sucks. HEAVY and HARD is the only way to go with anything. i <u>hate </u> the new metallica cd. i loved everything from kill em' all to load. everything after load sucks. other stuff is cool like more metal, rock, punk, little bit o' rap here and there for the ladies[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img], and no country! OH, and i love old school 80's $hit. like styx, van halen, guns n roses, george thorogood kicks ***, ac/dc, twisted sister, judas priest, the list goes on!

Haven't heard any of Claypool's side projects and he's involved in a lot of 'em. Larry Lalonde I don't know if he's around; I hope he is, who else could come up with those guitar parts to complement Claypool. Hey ***, I saw Rush the first time on the Hemispheres tour 1978. The coliseum in Spokane, you could get right up front. I'm a third generation drummer and will confirm your Peart position--one of the best ever, anywhere, and I've studied 'em all. Most modern rock drummers suck. Seen Rush many times over the years, they are amazing musicians. Make most others look like amateurs.

Wallstreet, they were the real cubano Cohebas, the ones you can bend... my buddie from Italy gives me them by the case, he also has some knarly spanish cigars, [i dony know exactly what they are] but if we go to a bar to have a couple of drinks we can clear a whole bar out just by the pungentness of the Spanish cigars, ive even went and shot pool for about 45 minutes and came back to the bar and the cigar would still be burning in the ash tray!!!LOL
