Default Stock vs Stock

Warrior vs 400ex do I have a chance on my warrior? both stock. what would I have to do to beat a 400ex.

Not a chance stock. The honda fans will probably argue but once I had piped (supertrapp ids2 12discs) and jetted my old warrior (with a k&N). I had just a little bit on a STOCK 400ex. Don't expect to keep up with a modified ex or a z400 though.

Cam, piston, and porting will really liven the motor up and cost about 430 bucks if you can install it yourself. Of course you need a pipe and filter to get the most out of those mods though. Most of the people with these mods say a 400ex still has more torque but you pull on by on the top end. If you actually wanna do this stuff tell me, I know a person who does porting for only 100 bucks.

i agree with Jakal hes are Warrior expert. but if u pipe,filter,jet, cam, and re gear it. you can hang with a 400ex.
