Default Warrior Carb Help!! also K&n question.

The K&N should come pre oiled out of the package so no you prolly wont have to........ I jetted mine and this is the easiest way i found to do it.......

1. Take the Reverse shift lever loose from the frame so u can lay it down on the motor sideways.

2. Losen and remove the carb from the boot with a 12mm wrench (I Think). Make sure you hold the carb with one hand so you dont crack the boot... while losening the bolts......

3.now here comes the what if part, Work the carb out tward the stator side with the cables still attached.

4. Flip the carb upside down if you can, Have someone hold the carb and try to take the float bowl screws out(BE CAREFUL THEY STRIP VERY EASILY!!!), (now heres the thing, Mine didnt come out, i had to remove the carb entirely and get it on a work bench to get them out) If they come out remove the jet, put in the new one and reassemble.

5.If they strip out take the carb lose from all the cables and use vice grips or some good pliers to take them out.......

6. Next is figuring out the jetting which im not the best at sombody else can prolly help...

Hope this helps,

Ryan

Don't remove the throttle cable if you don't have to. RaceWarrior350 is right the screw head strips way easy. Bust the screws loose with vice grips before using a screw driver. Once the float bowl is off the jets are simple to change.
