Dietcoke u get what u pay for also u can get a brand new warrior for around 4,500 and u can get a new YFZ for 7,000 some people dont have 7,000 to blo9w but u r right it is a dated machine but for a beginner its perfect its also good in trails cuz of reverse and electric start my next machine i plan on gettin either a YFZ or Raptor depending if im into racing or not but i really like those raptors.
TB400 im sry its just when u first said how warriors suck it really pissed me off.

Every time I ride I seem to run into at least one person that will comment on how reliable the Warrior is and that it is a great trail machine. It's not the best bike but it is stable and fun to ride.

Your 300 ex feels faster cause its less stable (blaster size) than a warrior and we know how unstable they are. That kick in the *** when you screw up on it is letting you know it doesnt want to be messed around with. If you make a little mistake and get scared that means your not going to try anything more stupid than that. Now if you tyr somthing real stupid your probably dumb and dead. Warriors are great machines sure there not the fastest but that can be changed. You can push the limits and it will make you hang on. The only reason other bike are like that is because your riding stupid. This bike was designed in the mid 80's and hasnt changed much. But it's still around I dont think people like the fact that its a very reliable bullet proof machine.

I've been a good warrior owner for about 2 motnhs now lol well kinda i know i gotta b in about 2nd gear to make "sharp" turns WITH a birm! sumtimes 4th but otherseit it's great for trails and ppl say how the front ends heavy BUT!!! i'm glad it is!!!! i went trail riding in Bloomington IN where i was riding u went ACROSS a 1ft-3ft deep river UP!!! a about 10ft high d@mn near 90degrees up about 80-85 and well it was ALL clay so i mena u know how slipper clay is ESPECIALLY AFTER U WENT TROUGH A CREEK!!! well neways u had to sit on the back of the seat to get it to grip the clay( in 2nd gear or1st) and that front end stayed down(luckily) i know that thing woulda flipped if it wasn't that heavy... otherwise it's a great reliable machine.. lol i talk to much
