bent frame parts, ie handle bars, axle, a arms. check for bent rims out of alighnment wheels. at least that's how u tell if it's been wrecked. if it's a 2 stroke you can kick it and if she fires up good on the first couple kicks it means there's good compression. check brake pads maybe, and test ride it ! listen for bad noises. and if the machine looks and runs excellent and he charges a small sum for it suspect something wrong maybe
