Default speed sensor

All the wires to those indicator lights are hot 12v. The CDI or switches ground them to make them work so if you do get rid of them just unhook the connector and tape it up good.

The parking brake sensor lead can be cut or unplugged
The clutch safety switch can be unplugged and then the leads plugged together (it will start in any gear with/without the clutch disengaged)

The front brake light switch can be unplugged, if you dont need the brake light.

Im not sure about the speed sensor but I think it only has to do with diagnostics and nothing that will make it not work. Just disconnect this and try it.

Default speed sensor

Does anyone know for sure exactly what the speed sensor does? Does it measure the speed of the output shaft? Crank? Then what does it do with this info?
