Buy the tool steel front sprockets from SideWinder. The trick to making it all last though is to buy 3 or 4 front sprockets along with the chain and the rear. Rotate your front sprockets after every 15 hours of riding. This way, you will more evenly wear the whole set out together.
If you wait until the front is worn completely before replacing, then you will wear the chain faster and then a new front sprocket will wear faster since the chain is already worn, etc.
With a Sidewinder setup (or any other), you will easily wear through the fronts faster than the chain or rear sprocket.
To be honest, I just get a Titax stainless rear from Rocky Mountain now and run the SideWinder chain and tool steel fronts.
Not to harp on the Raptor, but this monster engine eat axle bearings, swingarm bearings, chains, and sprockets like no other quad. Torque will cost you way more than HP in maintenance. I switched to a 400ex from my Raptor because I got tired of all the maintenance and $$$ for upkeep required between rides. I have to admit that I ride harder than 95% of the people I see though.
