quad for dirtbike?
#32
My problem is I have never ridden a 125 or 250. The dirtbike I rode when i was younger was a Yamaha 100 something from 1969, and I can't just by a bike without getting some real seat time on it because I'm afraid I won't like it. I don't think I can do it, quads are just in my blood.

the only dirt bike i'd get is a xr50r those things are cool as hell and they only run around $1k! but seriously i love both motorcycle and quad. I'd keep your raptor and just get a play bike like a yamaha TT-R125L/LE, it even has electric start.

There is absolutely NO WAY i am not selling my Raptor. To tell you how much it discusts me, I'd rather roll if off a cliff and watch it explode then sell it to someone.
BTW, its either a cr250 or a yz450, so which is a better overall mx'er and trailer bike?
Where could I rent one from???? I know people with dirtbikes, but I wouldnt ride it how I wanted to because I would be afraid to wreck it.
Its going to be entirely different for me when I ride one, because the only place I had to ride was in deep soft and and the bike had enduro tires.

One way to do it is to look for womone selling their bike and ask them to rent it for an afternoon or offer to mee them at a local track. Most people will at least do that if you are seriously looking.
