Hi all,

I'm sure that this question has been asked a meeeelion times already but I have to ask it again ..

The stock front sprocket is a 13T on the Warrior .. how much difference will going to a 12T make? Will it be really noticable or will the difference be minimal? My current setup is listed in my sig ...

thanks in advance for your help!

Going down to a 12t, you will loose around 5mph off your top end but yot will gain more torque

Thanks Crotts, is it a noticible difference in the low end. I expected to loose some speed and that doesn't really bother me .. it's not often I get up around the 60 mark anyway. I want to have better accelleration for short lead jumps and a little extra low end for practising my wheelies .. i find the stock with me on just doesn't really do it that well and I end up pulling my elbows apart

I wouldn't be bothered to make the swap if it's not a fairly noticable change.

Thanks again,

T

I never used a 12t so I really cant tell ya. if you had 20" tires I wouldnt recomend a 12t because you would be geared to low and would shift a lot. Because you have 22" it should be fine, all I can tell you is buy a cheap one and try it out
