I lost my service manual and i am working with my clutch i have the box opened and all. I am going riding tomorrow (day after christmas) and i need to know the torque of some bolts? When i am putting my clutch back on there are 5 bolts and i need to know what torque they are??? If somone can copy the pictures and e-mail them to me that would be awesome or if you could just tell me. Thankyou if you could get them to me. to read them, look up and left on the screen above your post. youll see '1 new message' flashing. hit it.
to post, look at your message block all the way to the right. see the padlock? hit that to send.
does that help ya? PM me if you have more questions....just go to my post and hit that padlock.

 

They're on this page in the upper left hand corner. I think its normally a little padlock but if you have messages, it should be flashing. If that doesn't help, I have the manual.

Just assuming you are talking about the 5 bolts that go through the springs, it is 5.8 ft/lb.

If these are the wrong bolts post which ones they are if you can.

 

Guys i just wanted to say i went to the garage and i was going to change the clutch when i remembered that my neighbor has a suped up banshee and i just got back from the track with it. Man i tell you that thing is mad fast. Nothing is better than my raptor though. Thanks for helping me. I might go and make an online service manual for the yamaha atv's. I dont think theres one of them so my idea would be cool. Thanks for your help -Matt-
