Default snaggin a yfz450!

Im gettin a yfz450 on my birthday (march 11th), i am going to be riding on the mx track of course, Is this thing good at wheelies ?? i want to know before i dump myself off the back of it! also, is it as good as dirtwheels claims it to be? i know of them to be a little biased sometimes.

The stock swing-arm is long enough to keep the front end down pretty good.

Im not really worried about how long it is, thanx anyway, maybe i should have made myself a little clearer, but i just wanna know if it is easy to get it to come up with you, around where we live now, (rental house till we get our house built) there are barely any trails, so i just ride wheelies, switchback wheelies, highchairs, stoppies, no handed wheelies, etc etc.

wheelies are my absolute favorite thing and this quad is very odd compared to raptors. It will wheelie when u want to and the front will be glued to the ground when u don't

Thanks man, wheelies have to be my favorite thing to do also, even at the mx track i find me a straight and ride em, just a habbit, i wanted it so i could get higher on jumps, i have to hit a 40+ foot table top in 4th gear pinned on the 300ex, not the best idea but my banshee wont stay running and falls apart when i hit the track so my dad decide to get me a yfz for my BD, according to dirtwheels, that thing is nothing but great, lets hope i think the same thing when i jump on it

The YFZ is very controllable in the air. It flies nice and level and responds nicely when you give it some body english in the air. Also instead of having to shift in front of a set of jumps after a turn you can wind it out and clear some good size doubles in 2nd gear. You'll see the yfz just keeps pulling...

Thanks ridnwarrior, i can hardly wait till i get it, im afraid ill break something on my 300ex hitting those size jumps, can the kayabas take those size jumps and bigger, i plan on going BIG on it when i get it, a banshee just cant handle jumping like i wish it could, it gets squirrely when you hit the throttle going for a jump. another question, do you have much room to move around on it to do Freestyle Tricks? its a must, even if its not that easy, ill figure out a way

The YFZ is a great ride....you won't be disappointed.

Interesting that you are picking up one in March, because I'm getting one right before April....around the end of March.

yfz is extremely light so that it is manoverable in the air. Also i did a 35ft a 45 and my best friend repeatly did a 50 and there hasn't been a problem yet....

You'll hate it... the seat's too hard, they get blown away by Raptors, there's no reverse...
