on my warrior sometimes when i go to shift into second it gets stuck in neutral... you have to speed shift it hard into 2nd for it to shift right, and on my reverse sometimes when i put it into reverse it will get stuck in reverse ..

 

you don't have to speed shift but don't flip into gear like you are trying to get into neutral. it happens to me sometimes make sure you are going one full shift up instead a half shift to neutral. i never have liked the warriors reverse. i hate where its located, i thought they would have switched to the rappys style reverse for easier operating.
