Thumb
altho twist is pretty cool, its....not really harder...just different since ive always used a thumb.
I prefer thumb.....easier to peel out with

I prefer twist, I like to hold on with my whole hand and with the thumb it seems that my pinkie finger gets yanked out of whack when I use a thumb. I guess I need to do pinkie excercises??? I have yet to put one on my Predator but I loved the twist on my Banshee. But then again I was raised riding on two wheels maybe that is the difference.

Twist....much easier to pull the front brake entering the turn and much easer to apply the correct amount of throttle leaving the turn....and it is way easer to hold on with four fingers and a thumb then just four fingers. With thumb there are times when your not holding on at all.
Overall I can get around the track much faster with less arm pump!

THUMB! I had a twist on my blaster when i bought it and it sucked! Nothing but problems and the twist makes it extremely hard to use the front brakes, i would NEVER EVER have a twist throttle on a quad again. My advice would be to keep your thumb throttle, twist is a waste of money.

I agree with this completely.

Thanks guys, well I talked to my friend with a piped Banshee and twist throttle and he says he doesnt like it too much. It gets him in trouble in the whoops and hard to use the brakes. So forget the twist throttle for me
