I've used them both and I perfer thumb, but can't imagine having a thumb throttle on a street bike [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

 

i like thumbs the best but like twists the best for dirtbikes. the only good thing about twists is that it saves your thumb, but u can get a thumb saver for the thumb throttle whihc really helps (you can actually feel your thumb at the end of the day)
