The blaster blew up. This time cracking my sleeve.

Checked my plug, burning a nice brown.

All i can say is that i am really pissed at it. I rode for about an hour. It ran great! I was jumping and racing around. Then I got out on an open road opened it up. Road for about a mile, then it just locked. Wasn't sounding funny or anything.

I have the motor up, it looks like the crack did it. Right by the crack there is a big mark on the piston.

Could it being bored .60 over have anything to do with it?

Well, thanks all. Maybe that I will be buying that LT and putting the blaster back till i get the cash to get the CT240 kit on it. Right now i'm not interested in putting money in it

blew my blaster up 3 times in one summer. each time it was the same thing. rings siezed in the cylinder. i got tired of it, fixed it and sold it. bought a banshee and havent had a day of trouble. except for that fried stator in the middle of the woods. but besides that no trouble.

I don't know if you remember, but the last time you blew it up. I had mentioned to check you rod slop, have you done that.
