What did you do to it in the first place? I'd first try checking the main fuse, it's on the left side rear.

ahhh, did you check your battery?!?!?!?! Cuz, if the lights wont come on and no spark, could be the battery!

Check all your electrical connections. check the starter solanoid, make sure that the reverse lever switch is wired correctly(green wire with white stripe) and grounded. Also be sure that your engine ground wire is hooked up(heavy gage black wire on one of the crankcase screws just under and to the rear of the carburator.

It should still get spark if the solenoid is bad. I just put a new one on my 96 Warrior. Check the fuse, all connections, ground, if everything is good it will more than likley be the stator( i have had to replace mine before for the CDI box.

Alright we got spark and we got all the lights to work. The problem was when we put the stator back on the magnet in the flywheel pulled the flywheel into the stator cover and it removed it self from the crankshaft. We put a new main fuse ina dn hooked the reverse wires up right. It has a new stator by ricky stator, new connecting rod,the crank was just trued,The only prob now is the starter is dragging real bad I guess it is time for a new one.We just put a new starter clutch in it.Hopefully the sarter stays working long enough to sell it.The starter was engaging but since the flywheel was off it seemed like it wasn't turning over. thanks for all the help guys!!!!!

There has to be a short somewhere in the light or light wires.

we took our ohm meter and checked for a short on the outside wires.Do u think there could be a short in the headlight???I only have one wired up because the guy we bought it from cut the ends off the other one to put the headlight on his son's fourtrax 90. so i got to wire that up also.It runs great other than that.It has a small hesitation when U gun it though I have read this is a prob for most warriors is there anyway to fix this??? thanks again!!!!!
