In the Yoshi instruction book it says to repack it every 30 hrs., but you can probably stretch that a little further. That's about every three oil changes, but that is probably to keep it like brand new all the time, and with 100% of it's performance.

 

i just read it, it says evry 15,000 miles or 40 hrs. but it doesnt say how to repack it. i tried taking teh end cap off and taking teh piece where the endcap bolts to, out of teh mufler but i can get it off. and i did take off the bolts from teh outside.
