I'm in the proccess of buying my first quad. I'm intersted in the YFZ450 but I was told by someone that It's only good for the track not the Dunes, Can you please help me out?[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]

 

check out my pictures. I go to the dunes once a month or so. And it does awesome. It will climb any hill you put in front of it, haul a$$ on the flats, and jump like no other quad you have ever ridden.

 

It would work just fine in the sand ! Glade to hear your looking at a yamaha . Make your dealer write up a good helmet and a set of paddles to go with your new machine .

 

I want a YFZ for basic Dune riding once the drag raptor is done,it's my style of riding AGGRESIVE!!

 

I can help, don't listen to that someone ever again. How's that. What does that someone ride?
