Default Chrome Cylender Help

Hey guys,
I just tore apart my CR on the weekend, and i noticed that it had a chrome cylender.
My qusetion is what can i do to it to clean it up?? Do i get it honned ,or anything like that???
Also, my ports are REALLY built up with carbin, what should i use to get this stuff off??

chrome? like 4130?, or you mean its just all shiney and bling? or both?
yes, you can bore it, port it, and/or polish it

Not sure of your question. Maybe you are talking about a Nikisol sleeve. You will need a resleeve if that is the case.
