Which of the Boyesen reeds are the best for the Blaster, the carbon or the glass compound one's. Or does one boost one thing and the other boost another part of the band.

Thanks,

Anthony

JUst changing the reeds is a big misconseption for most riders out there.. ( don't take it wrong)

If your machine is still stock....No porting polishing...etc. Stick with the stock pedals.

The stock motor does not have enough suction to take advantage of stiffer reeds. If you have an unlimited budget...then by all means get what you want....But you won't see a difference between carbon...etc. Unless you were to change the cage also.

As long as you get low tension reeds you will be fine... the only thing you will gain is slight throttle response compaired to stock.

I have the regular boyeson reeds, not the carbon fiber ones, and i did notice a little better throttle response but i had put my wiseco piston in at the same time.
