Default I want the yfz 450

I went to a yamaha dealer today and looked at the yfz 450 as my first quad. The guy said since its my first quad and i dont know how to clutch, i will probably burn out the clutch when learning. he said that if someone shows me how and i practice i shouldent burn out the clutch. What do you guys think should i still get it and do you think i will burn out the clutch?

Dude, it will take you all of 10 minutes to learn how to use a clutch. Like Bigwaynester said, if you have the $ then go get the quad YOU WANT!

You will NOT burn out the clutch i don't care what the dealer says...Only if you do it 1000 times repeatedly of ditching it, then you may completely burn it out......Don't worry...you'll get used to it in no time...go for it!

clutches are inexpensive anyway becuase there ment to burn out eventually. I didn't burn out my clutch, it will take u 10 minutes to get it and a few days to perfect it

My brother is 12 years old and and has a z400 and i've never seen anybody
slip the clutch like he does, and he's had it for 6 months now, theres hardly any wear on the clutch.
