Squeaky rear Brake Issue.
You said that you had just cleaned it....Rust Possibly....Like on the pads themselves somewhere you cant see it...
If i were you i would let it go a lil bit maybe a half hour of riding, i would also do about a good 4th gear run, and hammer on the brakes just to where they lock up and let on and off, just to see if something needs to wear off of it, possibly grease, brake fluid[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img]...or Rust hopefully.

Squeaky rear Brake Issue.
You might need to adjust your breaks so they stop rubbing. If the squeak is a long squeak that starts when u roll and just keeps going, you need to adjust. if it does squeaks in repitition your disk may be slightly bent, could be cured by adjusting if it isn't that bad. If you can't make it stop by adjusting, then you need a new break disk [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img]
