Default Warrior Carb Needle...

I tried playing with the mixture screw a bit, but didn't notice a lot of change either way. I'll go back in there and tweak with it a little more though.

It's really hard to get to, do you have any techniques for turning that screw? I had to go buy a 3" flat bladed screw driver, and cut about 3/4" of the handle off, and it just barely fits.... How far can I safely unscrew it? I think it's about 3 turns out now...and I never heard the RPM's drop on the way back out, so I just left it there. Sounds like my pilot jet is a little too lean eh?

I don't know about that gasket, I'll check it out though.

You can get a #4 flat blade bit, from home depot, and should be able to turn it with just your fingers. Sears has a small knurled holder for 1/4" bits, if you need more leverage or something easier to turn.
If you keep going out, the screw will eventually come completely out. If you get to 4 turns out, from seated, and it still hasnt dropped rpm, then thats enough to know your too lean on the pilot.
