ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLE (ATV) - Any motor vehicle designed to travel over any terrain, of a type possessing three to six rubber tires, and powered by a gasoline engine not exceeding 600 cubic centimeters.

so what would a raptor be considered at 660cc?!?!?!?!

this is missouri btw.

It doesnt matter what the dictionary definition is, it only matters what the state classifies it as.

Most states have the limit set at 800cc. Once you go over the cc limit or width limit like the side by side rhino, mule, and ranger, it becomes an OHV, or Off Highway Vehicle. In some states this is the same category as a pickup or dunebuggy. You cant ride in most designated trails and you are restricted to only going where your truck is legally allowed. It really sucks actually for you. You might want to check out the laws before you make your next trip to the local state trails.
