Aftermarket support - depends on what you want
Stock HP - 18
handling - not bad when you get accostom to it
in the mud - decent with the right tires
Performance upgrades - got to look for them, warriors aren't that popular any more
jumps - I've seen a 250lb guy clear a 60' table on a stock one four times in a row no prob
honest opinion - bullet proof not rpg proof, good all around quad that'll still run with the big dogs recreationally (top speed 65ish)
Anything - better than nothing

craz400 pretty much described it good but if u want better shocks put 02 raptor fronts 01 raptor rear on it and it's unbeleivable how much of an aprovment it is usually u can pic kthose use $60 each.. and last time i checked that's a hell of a lot cheaper than some elkas
and top speed is about 55-60 with gearing changes top speed changes and i put about 5 high 10-15 long right now stock warrior and aint had ne probs

I'm starting to wonder if the lack of wind in Alaska is why all our top speeds up here are consistantly 5mph higher than what most people say from the lower 48? My friends warrior will keep up with the p650s pretty good, and all 3 of there speedos read 67-69, depending on who's tires are new/worn.

i have a 89 warrior which i bought from my dad 3 years ago and hes had it since brand new. the thing has had very very minimal wear/breaks, nothing major. they are great machines with incredible durability. granted they arent the fastest, but there are alot of accessories available too. i would reccomend one to a newcomer or someone wishing to buy a new quad.
