Default problems with jetting?

I recently modified my 2001 warrior with an FMF Titanium 4 exhaust mid pipe & header pipe, added a K&N filter, modified my airbox & rejetted my carb with a Dynojet kit. My warrior will idle fine but will not accept throtle response. It sounds like it's missing. If i put the bike in gear & take off the problem goes away & the bike runs good. Does this sound like a pilot jet problem? Looking for some help. Thanks

I have a dj150 in it now. I purchased a new spark plug when i changed the jets so i could tell if i was running lean or rich. i've checked the plug & it is a good tan to brown color which should mean i'm running ok possibly a little rich.
