it's a two edged sword for me. I salute yamaha for not taking the banshee out of their lineup in the late 80's, but I hate how yamaha has pretty much given up putting any r&d into making them burn cleaner. I guess it is up to bombardier to make a two stroke quad now. with sdi, the two stroke lives on.

it is the stuidest thing that could happen there will probably never be a better atv than the banshee we can only hope that yamaha has a wicked design for the last year of the banshee

you know what I read in one of the atv magazines, that yamaha is going to make like 4-6 more years of banshee's (something like that) before the dead line thing and then just release them every year..It will be sweet if they do..

I agree a quad is meant to be ridden. But look at all of those Muscle cars too that had special models. Look at all of the Limited Editions they have now! The all black Banshee for 04' or is it 05'? Polaris 50th Anniversary is a great example of that! I never said that people should bottle it up and display it. Doesn't the same apply there? They only produced a couple of them...
