lol yeah.. well whats the secret to 2nd gear launches then.. i ahve a 12/44 gearing and i was out on my street yesterday and stopped put it in second reved it up reved it up reved it up then poped the clutch and it sputter for a second then died.. then i stopped because im in fear of breaking the damn thing every time i ride it now because of all the money i got into it lol

 

I pull 12/42 gears on the track, and have done it on black top as well... Keep in mind I have a wheelie bar, but I can do that kind of launch on blacktop and leave black marks! You may just need to gear down a little more. Maybe go to a 12/45 or 46. Also when I am launching I REV my bike up LOL.... not just rev rev drop I mean REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEV!!!!!!!! Then DROP! LOL
