Polaris DOES by far have the best 4X4 system out there.
One other note about the AWD that doesn't turn on untill the back tires slip 1/5 is when you're driving around in 4X4 it steers smoother then one thats always in 4X4.
All in all the Polaris Utility are the best out there in my mind.
But as with most thing the one you own is always better then the one the other guy owns.

ok.....a wolvy is 3 1/2 wheel drive, not 4.....its front is a limited slip. the polarises are 2wd until the rear wheels spin 1/5th turn (and by the way bbs, 1/5 is not 15%, its 20%), that is if u have the button on. as for yamaha, its stuck in 3wd until u buy a warn 424......which i agree with bbs should come stock.
unless you buy a POSI rear or front for your truck, in all reality, u got either 1 or 2 wheels spinnin.....pretty sad. thnkfully mines got a posi rear end, so its got some good use.

Anything you want..........haha.......you don't know about the speed either, I heard it goes 72mph........pretty fast........also lets compare towing........we use our sportsman 700(getting an 800 when they come)........for towing around wagons,etc.........it can just barely pull these wagons(big wagons)........all wheels are spinning.......the 800 should have no trouble.......I doubt the bf could do it.......its too light.......sooo in that category I'd have to say the sportsman wins.......you're wrong.......

you know it's not a good thing to be heavy. if you are fat can you meanuver well not realy and there is know way that the sporsman 400 could ever take the brute force oh and your sportsman 800 is more of a 750 than an 800 seening as how it is only 760cc's. polaris just called it that to make it look bigger. oh and seeing how the BF weighs 604 lb and the sp 800 weighs 770 lb I would definetly take the BF in a mud bog, and seeing how the 800 is a grand more than the brute forse I would go with the brute force if I were to buy one, with all the weight it must feel like you loose some cc's on the polaris. you know whats kind of funny the wolverine owners coud buy the warn 424 and the locker for the front diff a good $200 exhaust like the HMF utility series and a new set of tires and would finaly spend as much you guys with the scram.

I can give some input. I own a scrambler and a wolverine. They are not even close to being equal in any way. The scrambler is faster more powerful and just generally more sporty. In flat out drag racing the scrambler always wins by a huge margin no matter how long or short. The wolverine does have more comfortable hand/foot placement but it doesn't ride or handle as well as the scrambler. The wolverine is a little tippy compared to the scrambler as well. There are many climbs i can jump the scrambler out of where the wolverine will barely make it. I have fr and rr racks on both, and the wolverine's racks are larger and easier to carry stuff on. I really like both of my machines and will keep both, they are just different.
