what is it and would it be worth getting? and does it give you a claimed 2.5 hp increase?

It offsets the flywheel relative to your stator plate, doing this advances your timing. Your spark plug is timed to fire when the piston is in a certian position. Advancing your timing is changing this so that it fires at a different time.
I highly doubt that you will get 2.5 hp, but some might argue against that.

No actually i find it to be quiet compared to others such as toomy and LRD. But power wise it's the best all around.

I donno dude. I can't say that I've ever heard any DG pipe products. Usually on-line you can find DB ratings, check the two websites and see if they say anything about it.

It all depends on your definition of quiet. 2 strokes are not exactly the quietest with aftermarket pipes. I have fmf and i really like it. My friend has pro circuit, but it just doesn't have the same power.
