Only 2 less horsepower than a 300EX and cheap to build considering the enigne started life as a 200 over 20 years ago.



Forget the YZ250F engine.
That isn't an ideal engine for a heavy quad anyway. Ask anyone who ridden double on a YZ250F.

 

That would seem like a more sensible option. After all I dont see yamaha throwing a fairly new and more expensive engine in thier entry level price point sport atv.
