it only does it at full throtel it's about 20 outside. I think that I got some water in my gas then it got in to the carb because when I go to change the idel speed it hasn't meen changing the idel. I this the water that was in there froze.

THREE THINGS: 1. GAS LINE FREEZE UP. 2. WATER IN UR CARB. 3. WATER IN UR GAS.
I HAD WATER IN MY CARB ALONG WITH DIRT IN IT 2. UR BEST BET IS TO CLEAN UR CARB AND DONT LET UR QUAD SIT OUT IN THE COLD WEATHER.

opposite. cold air is more dense, which wil cause your bike to run leaner. thats why In -5 Degree weather (today) my rappy poped and backfired onece in awhile.

Fatty is right, colder the leaner. I would drain your gas and use it to start a fire to stay warm while your fixing your machine. Drain the gas, put in new gas and if it still does it go up a jet size or lift your needle up 1.
good luck
