well buck the purchase has already been made and the tuning continues.jetting one of these monsters is not that easy.fat boy pipe pro design with k&n filter and numerous jets tried and it is still grumpy.

What's your elevation? Are you still running the air box lid? Let me know this info and I may be able to get you close.
It took me about two tries after doing research and seeing what others were running about the same elevation I was at. Made the process go pretty smooth for me.

air box lid removed with outerwears cover installed.elevation is about 300' temp is around 40 degrees right now.i am currently running a 45 pilot and a 185 main and three turns out on the airscrew.the tech at k&k atv gave me this info.
