It's looking like a must for top end rebuild on the Warrior, so I was considering some options. $1,000+ massive upgrades are not an option... Has anyone used this JE kit if so, how's the performance, reliability, and what piston bore did you use? Also, is the Alba Exhaust Kit any good? Does it come with all new jets? Does this include a new headpipe, or just slip on? And what exhaust did you choose? I really want to hear some experienced opinions before investing this much money. Thanks guys.

 

id deffinetaly go w/ the JE kit i want to but my dad dosent want my to invest ne more into my quad cuz ill b getting a car is 1 1/2 years soo he wants me to save but i wouldnt go w/ the alba pipe i picked up a e-series and powerbomb header which made a night and day difference

 

How much did the pipe and header cost you? Alba's kit interested me because of the price ($279). Has anyone used any of these parts? Thanks.

 

I used powroll performance stuff (JE Piston) I have the 365cc 10.5:1 bore kit. It is like night and day dif; after I run this piston down im going for the 430 stroker kit.

Yeah, I looked at that one too, but from the description it sounded like the kit Alba offers would increase the horsepower more. Maybe not, though. How much did you guys pay to have it installed? Still looking for a good priced exhaust alternative too.

Another question, when your top ends went, what did it do? I think that is my problem, but not positive. I didn't get a reply in my last thread about it.

Price? I'm not looking to spend over $1,000 for just the engine kit like I said before. I figure just get a 660R if it came to spending that much, however, I'd like to keep my Warrior and just mildly mod it to my liking.
