to be dead honest the stockers did pretty damn well in the snow - they are tall and narrow.

 

I have 21 in. Pure sport realtors, put on for the dirt and they do well, but when I turned them around for sand, the scoops do really well especially when the treads are new. You can sort of see them in my first picture, but they are turned for dirt in that picture. Also, real good side traction.

 

I got razrs on my warrior and they're useless on anything other than hard packed snow trails .. you can get through some fluff, but it don't take much to stop it, espeically sticky snow .. clogs up the treads and then it's just like a crazy carpet wrapped around your tires.

Maxxis has a snow tire called the 4-snow .. looks a lot like a sand tire .. bi-directional and it expands diameter with spinning speed therby increasing your ground clearance.
