My Back ran perfect when my stator was bad. I know it ran fine because I drifted it, it ran fine, but it wouldn't get spark. I replaced the stator, and then it got spark. I'm willing to bet that its your stator because it happened to me before also on my warrior.

Sounds like you broke a piston pull-back spring.

Seriously, it sounds like a stator. Good luck.

There isnt a specific procedure for checking the rectifier...the service manual says to use a volt meter on the battery, and it should be 14 to 15 volts @ 5000rpm. If it isnt, and you said yours wasnt, then youre supposed to ohm check the stator, if thats good, then the rectifier is bad.
Send me a pm with your email address, and ill email the pages from the service manual.

its FIXED!!!!!!.. kinda anyway, got a pull start for it.. works fine lol but hard to pull sometimes, thankfully it only takes 1 or 2 pulls to crank it, i also got my rappy today, cant ride it yet until i get new tires lol but.. i can ride my awrrior now atleast.. without having to pull it behind another quad to start it... but i dont care lol, im going to keep the warrior... i know someone that has an old yamaha street bike.. not srue what it is.. but it has a big motor with dual exhaust.. its really fast to lol i think i might buy it an stick the motor in my warrior.. or something else if i can find something that will be easier to put in it... maybe even something from a bigger quad... i dunno ill do somthing with it to make it alot faster.. any good ideas? lol, and i have a mig welder and heat.. so doing alot of work to the frame is no big deal

LONG LIVE THE WARRIOR!
