Default Warrior Power?

If i took out the spark arrestor and took off the air box lid, would it give me any more power. Also, what is that thing on the air box lid, its like a cable and it connects to the part of the air box that goes under the gas tank.

rich makes it run cool.. if its glowing red its too hot, lean makes engines run hot. if its all stock, then something must be dirty in the carb, take the carb apart and clean it really good with carb cleaner. if you take the baffle out and airbox lid, go up 2 Sizes on the mainjet and you'll be fine with some more uummph.

First you shouldn't have the lid off with a stock filter, it needs the lid to make a good seal so your not sucking crap into your motor. Second, you need to jet up for that much more air getting into your carb, if not you will fry your piston and your looking at a new top end.
