Yeah there is. K&N's filter better when dirty..
Whats the purpose of having a high flow filter then.
Nice pics of your Banshees by the way.

Default help with banshee...

ok.. thank you guys for all your help, i will tell my brother to get his a$$ to work and fix it so we can go riding saturday if the weather here isnt to bad like last weakend.

i dont think we will need a rebuild at all, he was only doin the douhnuts for a few seconds, probalby like 1/2 a minute or so, so i just think that the carbs got dust in it from the dirty air filter, the air filter was pretty dirty before we cleaned it.

I will keep you guys posted when he fixes it and see what theory was right..

thank you

The problem is not that he was doing donuts,It's just that 2-strokes won't last forever. They are great engines, but every once in a while need to be rebuilt.Has the engine ever been rebuilt?

High flow is the way to go. However to have that high of a flow rate the filter has to let a little foreign stuff through. Plus, as it gets dirty the high flow filter still flows more than a clean stocker.

Thanks for the comment. Keep an eye on it because I will be updating pics in a couple weeks when the drag bike is done. A set of polished cubs, bunch of billet, and a N2O bottle still need to be put on it.

Already have a Tyson 1-5 override. Tyson light weight J-arms, lightened stock frame, Lonestar drag hubs, chromed blaster axle, alum 2 sided fuel tank, Direct Drive lockup, GRR drag pipes, +10 swinger, Marvin shaw fronts, etc. I have a strut in the rear since the bike was being built for asphalt. I guess I will try to get a marvin that will hold my weight for the rear so I can play around at St. Joe's.
