Default ATV help needed

So I went out for a little ride today on my Yamaha Big Bear. Drove for maybe 15 minutes getting up to speeds of up to 60 km/hr. Stopped for a few minutes and turned the ATV off. Upon returning the quad would not move... at all. It would start and I could feel the pull when i would give it gas but it would not move. It was like the brakes were locked. I checked to see if any of the brakes were stuck on, and the front right handle brake was so tight i could hardly pull it in at all. Brake fluid shows normal height according to the reservoir on the handlebar. Left the ATV to call home for a pickup and returned within 15 minutes the handle was now still very tight but not as tight as before... was then able to drive the quad into the truck but still there is an obvious problem. I have a hard time rolling the quad in nuetral. I am thinking there is a brake lock -- perhaps rubbing during driving, the pads heating up and then expanding to the point of stuck. Any ideas? Thing is I hardly ever use the front right brake handle so it cannot possibly be from overuse.

Appreciate any help/ideas you may have to offer.

Hydralic drums or disks?
If it has disk brakes the piston in the calipher could be rusty, and when you stopped the piston came out far enough that the rust is keeping it from returning to the rest position. Open the bleeder on the calipher, and wedge a screw driver on the pad, and push it back in. If this frees it up, then the calipher needs fixing.

Sounds like the brake caliper is gunked up. Let us know what you find out.

Hondabuster, what did your friend get busted for on the ride.

Unfortunetly , some of the best trails are in WI. I think it was about 100 bucks.
