thumb throttle adjusting?

is there any ways on getting the thumb trottle not to be so sift and sometimes hurts my hand when riding long periods of time any suggestions

thumb throttle adjusting?

maybe one of those extenders . i have one on the bike and you dont get cramps mine was stiff.ride all day now .made plowing easier to. just roll your wrist..
